You just can't believe it.
Suddenly, you Love Fruits, Vegetables, and Whole Grains.
Suddenly, you Hate Cookies, Cakes, Sodas, and High Fructose
Corn Syrup. Veggies taste like dessert to you, you can't
wait to eat dinner, and you are so satisfied with your
meals, you don't even snack between them anymore.
And now, today, my God! Exercise is Fun to you! You wake
up in the morning and just can't help it, you just start
doing sit-ups and push-ups, and then run around the block
and do stretches and in the afternoon you go do some
aerobics, and you just can't believe it-- It doesn't tire
you at all, it makes you happy and energetic, and the pounds
are dropping off, you're toned like a supermodel, and you
look and feel GREAT!
