Since transporting NUKEFACTS to the internet, we have received no technical criticism. For sure, there will be some eventually. However, to get things started, there are two older responses that we will try to locate and place on this page. One was from a professor concerning terminology, namely, our use of "delayed neutron lifetime" as representing the sum of the precursor decay time, slowing down time, and diffusion time. The other was by the NRC's Advisory Committee on Reactor Safety (ACRS), "advising" us not to embarrass ourselves by claiming that delayed neutrons act as source neutrons.
