On the first Wednesday night of each month*, for over ten years we've had a SMOKER at THE ESQUIRE LOUNGE (located at 106 North Walnut Street, Champaign)!

Our JULY SMOKER is scheduled for WEDNESDAY JULY SECOND from 6:30 PM until 10:30 PM…

The ILLINOIS ANTI-SMOKER LAW went into effect JANUARY FIRST 2008… forcing us OUTSIDE onto the ESQUIRE PATIO FIFTEEN FEET from the door. JULY SECOND 2008 may be PERFECT to smoke on the PATIO…(LET’S HOPE!).

This will be our FREEDOM CELEBRATION SMOKER…Let’s hope we will regain our FREEDOM to smoke indoors in Adult Venues in ILLINOIS some day soon!

JUAN SOSA, the famous master blender and trainer of some of the best cigar rollers in the Dominican Republic, created these cigars in his Miami factory over ten years ago. We have been lucky to have acquired a few boxes of this fantastic, almost unobtainable cigar for our JULY SMOKER. This cigar is flavorful yet smooth and mellow as a result of the high quality of the tobaccos and extra aging. We are fortunate to have this Premium Cigar that has received stellar reviews for our event. We are featuring the PYRAMID shape to show off the high skills of a master cigar maker.

CHRISTOFF cigars are an exceptional value in a flavorful but medium strength hand made cigar. Each cigar is draw tested to assure a perfect smoke and then pig tail head sealed and left with an uncut foot…the way cigars ‘used to’ be made. The cigars are packed in cigar leaf to improve their bouquet and aging. This is our fourth order…we have not been able to keep these cigars in stock…give them a try and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. We've chosen the CHURCHILL shape to allow the smoker plenty of time to enjoy the flavors of this cigar as they ripen during smoking..

ASHTON Cigar Company commissioned this special cigar from Don Jose Garcia Pepin, maker of Tatuaje, Padilla, San Christobal, and Don Pepin cigars. This is a ‘Cuban Sandwich’ made from a mixture of long and shorter filler leaves left over after creating the premium all long filler cigars mentioned above. The quality of Don Pepin’s blending and quality of the rollers Don Pepin has trained allows a fine cigar to be produced at a very reasonable price by this method. We’re bringing the popular Robusto shape to allow all our smokers to try one of these ‘bargain puros’.
