Crossfire was invented in the early 70's and the few professionals who took the time and effort to make it or have it made have used it to rewarding result. A viable method of manufacturing them in quantity was unavailable at the time the effect was invented. A method is finally available and Crossfire is now available to you. It can be purchased in Poker Size. The impossible effect is as follows:
The performer and a spectator each peek at cards in a deck. Both the performer and the spectator write down secret numbers, of their choosing, between one and twenty-six. The spectator deals the deck into two equal packets. By an impossible coincidence the spectator's card appears at the performer's chosen number while the performer's card appears at the spectator's number.
All of this is accomplished without sleights or a false move. (A sleight of hand method is included in the instruction book for those who may want one.) Order Item 184. You'll be performing it as soon as you finish reading the instruction booklet and complete routine.
