That is Inauguration Day. At noon on that day, the presidency of W. will come to an end. Isn't that a wonderful thought?
To help you plan (or until then - cope), there is a neat little utility called Countdown '99. It's small and does not tax the resources of your computer. It was originally meant to countdown to the millennium, but since we all survived that, you can edit the end date to countdown to 12:00 pm, 1/20/2005.
